Shuma is a proud Canadian (never mind that he's not quite a citizen yet). I love this t-shirt and would like to find one in each size so he can wear it until he's all grown up. I am also looking for a touque to complete the look, but they don't seem to come in baby sizes. Which is just as well, as he already has about 743 hats.
Oh, and lest you think he's a nationalist, stay tuned for a celebration of another, more southerly, country.

Who needs a hat? Look at his gorgeous hair now!

Not sure what year you were born Amy, but I know you're pretty close to my age which means that Shuma is automatically Canadian. At least that's what they tell you in all the government literature. There is still the formality of making the application for a Canadian Citizenship Card. I don't think he'd be refused. It does take a very long time though, or at least it did a few years ago. Hopefully things have become quicker.
Thanks David! Then I guess he's already Canadian, and all the paperwork I'm putting together is just a formality. Sadly, he won't be able to automatically pass down his citizenship if his kids are born outside of Canada, thanks to a new law :( -Amy
